Charity dinner and awards night
On the Wednesday night of the Trade Show, the Gwydir Valley Cotton Growers Association hosts a charity dinner and awards presentation. Full details on the dinner will be forwarded upon receipt of your booking form. Proceeds from the dinner will go to a Cotton Industry Rural Doctors Scholarship.

Company profile — Trade Show Program and Preview
Exhibitors are entitled to a free 50 word company profile listing in the official program highlighting the products and services you wish to showcase at the Trade Show.  There is no charge for the inclusion of your company profile.. Email to tradeshow@greenmountpress.com.au

Editorial for Trade Show Program and Preview

Apart from company profiles, the Trade Show program carries extensive editorial. If you are interested in providing editorial (preferably with images) please email your editorial to tradeshow@greenmountpress.com.au along with your company profile.

Sponsors and advertisers in the program will be given preference for editorial.

New product information — Trade Show Program and Preview
In 2007 there were over 80 new products demonstrated by exhibitors at the Trade Show. The sites with new products were highlighted with a bright Corflute sign.
Exhibitors with new products in 2009 are asked to tick the “new products” box on the booking form. In the months leading up to the Trade Show there is extensive promotion of new product releases — the organisers will contact “new product” exhibitors for additional details.

Promotion
Promotion of the Trade Show will again be extensive. The first stage will be editorial and advertising through The Australian Cottongrower magazine (90% of cotton growers are paid subscribers). This will be accompanied by at least two direct mail packages to every cotton grower and consultant in the industry. There will be a print media schedule, TV campaigns, extensive radio coverage and direct faxes and emails to growers.

Trade Show Program and Preview

The program carries company profiles, contact details, product related editorial and advertisements. The program is distributed to the entire Australian cotton industry before the Trade Show, and further copies are available at the gate.

Exhibitors are also invited to supply editorial (electronically) for inclusion in the Trade Show Program — include product information with hi-res digital photos. Space is limited and preference is given to editorial supplied by sponsors and advertisers in the program.
