There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities associated with the Trade Show. These may include extensive exposure in Greenmount Press publications such as The Australian Cottongrower and/or Australian Grain magazine - both publications deliver high quality technical and marketing information to their respective sectors
Trade Show Program Advertising
The official Trade Show Program is distributed to growers, researchers, consultants and suppliers prior to the Trade Show. The program carries company profiles, product-related editorial and ads. Exhibitors will be contacted re advertising in March - for more information contact the organisers.
Advertising costs in 2009 are shown on the table below as a guide only. The TS 2011 rates will be advised prior to the event.

Company profile — Trade Show Program and Preview
Exhibitors are entitled to a free 50 word company profile listing in the official program highlighting the products and services you wish to showcase at the Trade Show. There is no charge for the inclusion of your company profile.. Email to tradeshow@greenmountpress.com.au
Editorial - Trade Show Program and Preview
Apart from company profiles, the Trade Show program carries extensive editorial. If you are interested in providing editorial (preferably with images) please email your editorial to tradeshow@greenmountpress.com.au along with your company profile. Sponsors and advertisers in the program will be given preference for editorial.
New product information — Trade Show Program and Preview
Exhibitors with new products in 2009 are asked to tick the “new products” box on the booking form. In the months leading up to the Trade Show there is extensive promotion of new product releases — the organisers will contact “new product” exhibitors for additional details.
Trade Show Event Promotion
Promotion of the Trade Show will again be extensive. The first stage will be editorial and advertising through The Australian Cottongrower magazine (90% of cotton growers are paid subscribers). This will be accompanied by at least two direct mail packages to every cotton grower and consultant in the industry. There will be a print media schedule and extensive radio coverage.
